TICKET FEES

In live entertainment, the fee paid to the artist is based on ticket price only and excludes the cost of selling the ticket. The industry norm is to present ticketing fees as a separate cost. We strive to keep our ticket prices affordable and our ticket fees competitive with those of other venues you may attend. Avoid ticket fees by becoming a VIP Member.

PURCHASE ONLINE:

$10 = $8 Convenience Fee + $2 Occupancy Fee

PURCHASE BY PHONE OR IN PERSON:

$8 = $6 Box Office Fee + $2 Occupancy Fee

WHAT FEES ARE FOR:

  • CONVENIENCE FEE – When you purchase online, our online ticketing service provider, AudienceView, charges a fee to provide the “convenience” of purchasing tickets any time, day or night. This fee also includes the merchant charges your credit card providers charge.
  • BOX OFFICE FEE – When you purchase by phone or in person, our Box Office Fee defrays the cost of the personnel who process each order. This fee also includes the merchant charges your credit card providers charge.
  • OCCUPANCY FEE – Supports the venue itself which is leased from the Village of Patchogue. Improvements, maintenance, and upkeep of the facility, outside that which a landlord would provide, are paid for by Patchogue Theatre.

TICKET DELIVERY METHODS
