The Del Satins were formed in 1958 in Manhattan through a merger of two existing street corner groups, The Yorkville Melodies and The Jokers. They chose the name Del Satins as a tribute to The Dells and The Five Satins. In 1961, they recorded their debut single “I Pray for You” followed by “Teardrops Follow Me”. The group today includes original members Stan Zizka and Tom Ferrara along with Edie Van Buren, Charlie Aiello and Emilio Fornatura.
The Earls, often credited as Larry Chance and the Earls, is an American popular music group formed in The Bronx, New York. In 1962, they became known for their signature hit single "Remember Then," which still remains a staple of doo-wop music. Other hits that follow later in their career were “I Believe”, “Life Is But A Dream” & “Never”. After Larry’s passing, the group continued to perform. Today’s current members are Bobby “T” Tribuzio, Vitto Garcia, Chuck Mearizo & Frank Cicerale.
The Duprees are one of the most outstanding vocal harmonies, serenading audiences with the best love songs ever written. It was over 50 years ago, their “You belong To Me” became a national hit. This was followed by numerous other doo wop favorites that captivated their listeners. Tommy Petillo’s impressively smooth voice is the quintessence of the Duprees. Jimmy Spinelli along with Shawn Stevens brings their unique energy for a genuinely memorable show.
