Commemorating 40 years of recording and releasing music, Stryper continues to churn out rock-solid albums and pulsating live performances. The hardworking group shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. When it comes to groundbreaking bands in the Christian hard-rock genre, Stryper is renowned for its distinctive brand of “heavenly metal,” extraordinary crossover success and venerable endurance. The group ascended to prominence in the 1980s with Billboard Top 40 hits like “Calling on You,” “Honestly” and “Always There for You.”Stryper’s career album sales exceed 10 million worldwide, including 1986’s multiplatinum release To Hell with the Devil. The band also made history when it notched two songs simultaneously in MTV’s Top 10 with videos “Free” and “Honestly.”

Today, some 40 years after emerging from the southern California nightclub scene, the foursome continues to record, tour and perform for devoted fans around the globe. Comprising three original members including brothers Michael Sweet, Robert Sweet (drums) and Oz Fox (guitar) plus longtime bandmate and veteran bassist Perry Richardson, the group finds itself continuing to create their finest, most powerful music yet.

“The anniversary tour will feature songs ranging across our entire discography,” says lead vocalist, guitarist and primary songwriter Michael Sweet. “We’ll perform a set consisting of our classic songs, then play a second set containing more recent material.” Sweet further shares that the band’s live shows will feature everything from heightened production to variations in wardrobe. “We will be changing outfits from a classic look to a modern look, with production to match,” Sweet says. “It will definitely be unprecedented because it’s important to come up with a unique way for fans to celebrate this milestone anniversary with us.”

Join us for a special experience in honor of Stryper’s 40th Anniversary Tour! As our VIP guest, you’ll enjoy early entry, exclusive swag, and hassle-free merchandise shopping, all followed by a private, pre-show event with the guys. Guests will have access to the venue 2 hours prior to general doors; you will also receive commemorative 40th Anniversary Tour swag, to be

dispersed during the check-in process. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit the merchandise booth before convening in the main auditorium for a 45-minute session with the band. During this time, guests will enjoy an exclusive screening of a short, narrated film featuring archival footage and photos. Session will conclude with a brief Q&A and special thanks from the band. A handful of Stryper Bibles will be tossed to attendees!

IMPORTANT DETAILS & DISCLAIMERS

- No phones or cameras will be permitted during the pre-show event in order to preserve the experience for future guests. Staff will enforce this policy.

- This experience will be unique from our usual VIP package, as it will not involve one-on-one contact with the band (meaning no autographs or photo-ops). We've chosen this approach for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the band will be delivering an extraordinary 2-hour show, featuring costume changes and an extensive setlist spanning their early years to the present. To ensure the guys preserve their energy for each night's performance, we've curated this special experience for fans, something unprecedented in our history. If you're looking for a standard meet & greet, we encourage you to explore our other 2024 tour dates, as some of those will offer a more traditional VIP package.

The time of the Stryper Pre-Show VIP Experience will take place at 5:30pm. Please make sure you arrive at the outer lobby no later than 5:00pm. Your VIP Host will assist in checking you into the event and escorting you to the VIP area. Please note, at the time of purchase, it is important your email address is the correct point of contact for all correspondence, as event details will be sent directly to your email. Although every effort will be made for participation by the entire band, individual members’ participation in the experience can vary by market.
