Presented in conjunction with
Los Angeles-based alt-rockers Dawes and Grammy Award-nominated Canadian artist Bahamas co-headline An Evening with Dawes and Bahamas. The performance features two collaborative live sets, with Dawes backing Bahamas and Bahamas joining Dawes for their respective performances.
The joint tour comes amidst Dawes’ busy international touring schedule, which includes headlining shows, festival appearances, and a summer tour supporting The Head and The Heart. Bandleaders Griffin and Taylor Goldsmith joined Phil Lesh & Friends for a special Independence Day event at the Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park, NJ. Dawes also has a new album, Misadventures of Doomscroller, released July 22nd via Rounder Records.
Produced by longtime collaborator Jonathan Wilson (Billy Strings, Father John Misty, Angel Olsen), Misadventures of Doomscroller will feature recently released singles including “It Comes In Waves” and the album’s opening track, “Someone Else’s Café / Doomscroller Tries to Relax.”
