The Brooklyn Bridge is one of the greatest Rock n' Roll groups of all time! Six out of seven original members on stage playing their hits from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's!
They had hits such as "The Worst That Could Happen," "Your Husband, My Wife," "Blessed is the Rain," "Welcome Me Love." The late Johnny Maestro who was the original lead singer of the Brooklyn Bridge and also the lead singer of The Crests, recorded "The Angels Listened In," Trouble in Paradise," "Gee," "Step by Step," "Pretty Little Angel," "Sweetest One," and "Juanita."
"Ruby Baby," "Runaround Sue," and "The Wanderer" were sung by backup vocalists, The Delsatins for Dion, featuring Les Gauchi, a member of the Brooklyn Bridge and former member, the late Freddie Ferrara who also was a member of The Del Satins and The Brooklyn Bridge.
The band today consists of vocalist Les Gauchi who is also an original Del Satin. Other original members include James Rosica (bass player and vocalist) and Joe Ruvio (vocalist.) Lou Agiesta (drummer) who joined the group in the early seventies after touring with the original cast of "Jesus Christ Superstar." Also joining the band in the early 70's were Marty D'Amico (keyboards and vocals) and James Sarle who played on a few early Brooklyn Bridge recordings before actually becoming a member in the mid 1970's. The last but not least is current lead vocalist Joe Esposito. Joe is a Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter whose career spans the 1970's through today. He has written and recorded hit records for many top artists, which includes the Grammy Award-winning song by the late Donna Summer, "Heaven Knows."
